To assist the study of similar matters in Jamaion,

I should be grateful if you would mapply we with a short note

of:-

(a) the basis for computation of Crown rents in

Hong Kong, *.g«, whether on improved or wimproved value, what provision is made for revision at intervals, etc., and

(b) what development clauses are usually inserted in a

lease.

(It might be useful to send a cogy of the

standard form of lease).
